#### 118 Court orders 118 Court orders > > (1) The Children’s Court may make such orders as it considers appropriate to give effect to a proposed alternative parenting plan or specified parts of the plan. > > > (2) In considering whether to make an order with respect to a child or young person, the Children’s Court is to have regard to the following— > > > > > (a) the views of the child or young person, > > > > > (b) the age of the child or young person, > > > > > (c) the maturity of the child or young person, > > > > > (d) the capacity of the child or young person for independent living, > > > > > (e) the practical and emotional supports available to the child or young person. > > Note. > > In accordance with its power to monitor its orders, the Children’s Court may monitor an order giving effect to an alternative parenting plan.
