99 Transporting young detainees to and from court—young detainees to be kept separate from adult detainees (1) This section applies if it is necessary to transport a young detainee who is under 18 years old— (a) from a detention place to a court; or (b) from a court to a detention place. (2) The young detainee must not be transported with an adult who is under detention. (3) The young detainee must not be placed in a room with an adult who is under detention.
