876 Confidential report of contravention of Act (1) This section applies if a person suspects that a provision of this Act is being, or has been, contravened. made or in force under the Act, including any standards made under s 887 (see Legislation Act, s 104). (2) The person may report (in a confidential report) the suspicion, and the reasons for the suspicion, to the director-general.
