86 Family group conferences—agreement of young person (1) This section applies if a family group conference agreement proposed under section 85 (2) is about a young person who is 15 years old or older. (2) The parties may enter the proposed family group conference agreement only if the facilitator for the family group conference is satisfied that the young person either— (a) agrees to the proposed family group conference agreement; or (b) does not have sufficient maturity or developmental capacity to understand and agree to the proposed family group conference
