849A Exception to s 846—information given for civil claims in which Territory is respondent (1) Section 846 (1) does not apply to the making of a record of protected information if the record is made by a person in accordance with section 856C. (2) Section 846 (2) does not apply to the divulging of protected information if the protected information is divulged by a person in accordance with section 856C. mentioned in s (1) and s (2) (see Criminal Code, s 58).
