837 Application of Magistrates Court Act The Magistrates Court Act 1930, part 4.5 (Civil appeals) applies in relation to an appeal mentioned in section 836 of this Act as if— (a) it were an appeal from a judgment or order mentioned in the Magistrates Court Act 1930, section 274 (2); and (b) all other necessary changes, and any changes prescribed by regulation, were made.
