802 High risk employment permit—content A high risk employment permit must state— (a) the name of the employer who is to employ the child or young (b) the name of the child or young person who is to be employed; and (c) the location of the premises where the employment is to be undertaken; and (d) the length of the permit; and (e) any conditions to which the permit is subject.
