797 Exception to s 795—employment in family business Section 795 (1) does not apply to the employment of a child or young (a) the employer is— (ii) a company of which a parent of the child or young person is a director; or (iii) a partnership of which a parent of the child or young person is a partner; and (b) the employment is light work.
