792 Children and young people employment standards An employer of a child or young person must comply with the children and young people employment standards in relation to the Note The Minister may make children and young people standards under s 887.

Part 21.4 Employment of children and young people under 15 years old Note Work safety matters are dealt with in the Work Health and Safety Act 2011.
