771 Offence—operate childcare service when licence suspended (i) a licensed proprietor of a childcare service; or (ii) a controlling person for a licensed childcare service; and (b) the childcare service licence is suspended under— (i) section 761 (Childcare service licence—suspension for noncompliance); or (ii) section 763 (Childcare service licence—suspension if children unsafe); and (c) the licensed proprietor operates the childcare service.
