768 Childcare service licence—identity of childcare workers protected If the director-general is required to tell a person with daily care responsibility for an affected child about something under this division, the director-general must not tell the person information (a) identifies a person as a childcare worker for a childcare service; or (b) would allow the identity of a person as a childcare worker for a childcare service to be worked out.
