755 Childcare service licence renewal—further information for renewal of a childcare service licence under section 754. (2) The director-general may ask the licensed proprietor to give the director-general more information about— (a) the application, including information about the licensed proprietor and any controlling person; and (b) the premises used for operating the childcare service.

(3) The director-general may ask the licensed proprietor to allow the director-general to inspect the premises where the licensed proprietor operates the childcare service. Note An authorised person may, at any reasonable time, enter premises if the director-general has received an application for renewal of a childcare service licence under s 754 and asked the proposed proprietor to allow the director-general to inspect the premises under this section and the proposed proprietor has agreed to allow the director-general to inspect the premises (see s 817).
