748 Childcare service licence—content A childcare service licence must state— (a) the name of the proprietor of the childcare service; and (b) the kind of childcare service for which the licence is given; and
(c) the length of the licence; and (d) for a licence to operate a childcare centre— (i) the premises where the childcare centre may operate; and (ii) the maximum number of children that may be cared for at the childcare centre; and (iii) the age of the children who may be cared for at the childcare centre.
