727I Arrangements for staff The head of service must, on request of the CYP death review committee, arrange with the committee for the committee to use the services of a public servant. Note The head of service may delegate powers in relation to the management of public servants to a public servant or another person (see Public Sector Management Act 1994, s 18). 727IA Appointment of advisers (1) The chair of the CYP death review committee may appoint a person as an adviser to assist the committee in the exercise of its functions. (2) An appointment may be subject to conditions stated in the appointment.
