710 Exclusion of people from hearings (1) This section applies to a proceeding for a child or young person under (2) The court may order that someone must not be present in the courtroom during all or part of the hearing of the proceeding if the court considers it appropriate. (3) This section applies to everybody including— (a) the child or young person; and (b) the parents of the child or young person; and (c) anyone else who has daily care responsibility, or long-term care responsibility, for the child or young person.
