658 Transfer of ACT proceedings—applications transferring a child welfare proceeding pending in the court to the State Childrens Court of a participating State. (2) The director-general must give a copy of the application to— (a) if the order relates to a young person—the young person; and (b) the parents of the child or young person; and care responsibility, for the child or young person; and (d) the public advocate; and (e) if the order relates to an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
