635J Definitions—pt 16A.4 litigation guardian, for a child or young person, means a person appointed as a litigation guardian for the child or young person under section 635T. review application means an application before the ACAT in a proceeding for review of— (a) an internally reviewable decision under section 635F (2); or (b) a reviewable decision under section 635H or section 635I.
