635C Application for internal review (1) The following may apply to the decision-maker for review of an internally reviewable decision: (a) an affected person for the decision; (c) if a child or young person the subject of the decision is an (b) state the name and contact details of the applicant; and (c) set out the applicant’s reasons for making the application.

Internal review Part 16A.2 (3) The application must be given to the decision-maker within— (a) 28 days after the day the applicant is given the internal review notice for the decision; or (b) any longer period allowed by the decision-maker before or after the end of the 28-day period.
