555 Initial review (1) This section applies if an intensive therapy order is in force for a child (2) The director-general must review the operation of the order (the initial review) not later than— (a) if the order authorises the director-general to issue a confinement direction—2 weeks after the order is made; or (b) in any other case—6 weeks after the order is made, or 1 week before the order expires, whichever happens first.
