494 What is an annual review report? annual review report, for a reviewable care and protection order, means a report about— (a) the circumstances and living arrangements of the child or young person who is the subject of the care and protection order; and (b) whether the director-general considers the existing arrangements for the care and protection of the child or young person are in the best interests of the child or young person.
