486 Contact provision—presumption about contact with family (1) This section applies if someone applies for a contact provision to be included in a care and protection order for a child or young person. (2) There is a rebuttable presumption that it is in the best interests of the child or young person for the child or young person to have contact with a person with parental responsibility for the child or young person or their siblings.
