481 What is an enduring parental responsibility provision? enduring parental responsibility provision means a parental responsibility provision in a care and protection order that— (a) transfers daily care responsibility and long-term care responsibility for the child or young person to a stated person; and (b) does not transfer parental responsibility to the director-general; and (c) is in force until the child or young person is 18 years old. (2) To remove any doubt, an enduring parental responsibility provision is taken to include a residence provision that authorises the stated person to decide where and with whom a child or young person must live.
