465 Care and protection order—length (1) The Childrens Court must state the length of each provision included in a care and protection order. (2) The length of a care and protection order is the length of the longest provision in the order. Note 1 The length of parental responsibility provisions is dealt with in— (a) for short-term parental responsibility provision—s 476; and (b) for enduring parental responsibility provision—s 481 (until the child or young person is 18 years old). Note 2 The length of a care and protection order may be extended (see s 471).
