460 Effect of making protection order under this Act If the Childrens Court makes a protection order under this division— (a) the order is taken to have been made under the relevant Act; and (b) the Childrens Court is taken to have exercised jurisdiction under the relevant Act as the Magistrates Court when making the (c) the order may be amended, revoked or appealed from under the relevant Act.
