458 Definitions—div 14.3.5 protection order means an FVO or a PVO. relevant Act means— (a) for an FVO—the Family Violence Act 2016; or (b) for a PVO—the Personal Violence Act 2016. FVO means a protection order under the Family Violence Act 2016. Note A protection order means an interim or final order and includes an order about the seizure of a firearms licence, firearm or ammunition and an order amending a protection order (see Family Violence Act 2016, dict, def protection order).
