399 Voluntary care agreements—length (1) The length of a voluntary care agreement must be stated in the (2) A voluntary care agreement— (a) for a voluntary care agreement in relation to a young person who is 15 years old or older—may be longer than 6 months if the young person agrees; and (b) in any other case—must be not longer than 6 months.
