393 Registered family group conference agreement—effect and enforcement A registered family group conference agreement has effect as if it were a care and protection order of the Childrens Court and may be enforced accordingly. Note Care and protection orders are dealt with in ch 14. It is an offence to contravene a care and protection order (see s 423). See also provisions about police assistance in ch 18 and enforcement generally in ch 23.
