385 Appraisal orders—extension application (1) The director-general may apply to the Childrens Court for an extension of an appraisal order for a child or young person. (2) An application for extension of an appraisal order must state— (a) the grounds for the proposed extension; and (b) if the application includes an application for extension of a temporary parental responsibility provision—the proposed arrangements for the child’s or young person’s care during the period of temporary parental responsibility.
