380 Appraisal orders—court to consider application promptly (1) The Childrens Court must hear and decide the application not later than 5 working days after the day the application is filed. (2) This section does not apply to an application under section 377 (Appraisal orders—urgent applications). Note The court must if practicable hear and decide the application on the day it is filed (see s 377).
