377 Appraisal orders—urgent applications (1) An application for an appraisal order may be made by phone, fax or another way if necessary because of urgent circumstances. (2) An application made under subsection (1) must be given to the following people before the application is heard by the court: (3) The Childrens Court must if practicable hear and decide the application on the day it is filed.
