354 Voluntary reporting of risk of significant harm (1) This section applies if a person believes or suspects that a child or young person is at risk of significant harm. (2) The person may report (a voluntary report) the belief or suspicion, and the reasons for the belief or suspicion, to the director-general. this section does not breach professional ethics and is protected from civil liability (see s 874).
