330 Notice of disciplinary hearing (1) The review officer for a review in relation to an accused detainee must give written notice of a hearing for the review to the accused detainee and the director-general. (2) The notice must include— (a) a statement about where and when the hearing is to be held; and (b) a statement about the accused detainee’s entitlements under section 331 and section 332. (3) If practicable, the hearing must be held at the detention place where the accused detainee is detained.
