320 Privileges and entitlements—impact of discipline To remove any doubt— (a) anything expressed in part 6.5 (Living conditions at detention places) to be an entitlement for this chapter is not affected by anything that happens under this chapter, including disciplinary action; and (b) anything else mentioned in part 6.5 is, for this chapter, a privilege. Note Records must be kept of disciplinary action taken against young detainees (see Territory Records Act 2002).
