312 External review of charge (1) On application under section 311, an external reviewer must— (a) review a decision of a review officer made under section 307; or (b) refuse to review the decision. (2) Chapter 9 (Criminal matters—conduct of disciplinary reviews) applies, with any changes prescribed by regulation, in relation to a review under this division.
