288 Meaning of minor behaviour breach A minor behaviour breach is a behaviour breach that— (a) is not of a serious or persistent nature; and (b) does not involve a serious risk to the health or safety of someone else at a detention place; and (c) does not involve a serious risk, or serious or persistent disruption, to the security or good order at a detention place.
