268 Body searches—directing people to leave (1) This section applies if a body search of a young detainee is being conducted in the presence of— responsibility, for the young detainee; or (b) a support person under section 266 (8) or section 267. (2) The director-general may direct the person to leave if the director-general believes on reasonable grounds that the person is preventing or hindering the conduct of the search.
