210 Safe room segregation directions—privacy (1) The confining of a young detainee under a safe room segregation direction, and any force used to compel compliance with the direction, must not be done in the presence or sight of another young (2) However, subsection (1) does not apply if the director-general the young detainee or someone else; and (b) compliance with subsection (1) would exacerbate the threat.
