107 Executing warrants of commitment or remand etc (1) The director-general may make escort officers available to attend at a court or tribunal— (a) to take a young detainee into custody; or (b) to arrange for a young detainee be kept in custody; or (c) to transfer or otherwise deal with a young detainee. (2) An order or direction of the court or tribunal addressed to all escorts— (a) is taken to be addressed to each escort; and (b) may be executed by any escort.
