The appointed members of the Board must have substantial experience or expertise in one or more of the following areas—
(a) the childcare sector,
(b) finance, governance and risk management,
(c) infrastructure planning, funding and delivery,
(d) the development and delivery of government policy,
(e) the procurement of goods and services by or for government agencies.
