72 Application for declaration and order that entity pay a civil penalty
(1) If, immediately before the commencement day, an application by the Commission to the Magistrates' Court for a declaration and order under section 16ZH is pending, then, on and from the commencement day, the Social Services Regulator is substituted as the applicant and has the same rights in the proceeding as the Commission.
(2) If, immediately before the commencement day, an application by the Commission to the Magistrates' Court for a declaration and order under section 16ZZL(1) or (2) is pending, then, on and from the commencement day, the Social Services Regulator is substituted as the applicant and has the same rights in the proceeding as the Commission.
