70 Notice to produce
(1) A notice issued by the Commission under section 16ZG that requires the production of a specified document or category of documents that is pending immediately before the commencement day is, on and from that day, taken to be a notice issued by the Social Services Regulator requiring production of the specified document or category of documents to the Social Services Regulator.
(2) A notice issued by the Commission under section 16ZZI that requires the production of a specified document or category of documents or information that is pending immediately before the commencement day is, on and from that day, taken to be a notice issued by the Social Services Regulator requiring production of the specified document or category of documents or information to the Social Services Regulator.
