69 Investigation of reportable allegations
An investigation by the Commission concerning a reportable allegation under section 16O(1), (2) or (3) that is not completed immediately before the commencement day is, on and from that day, taken to be an investigation by the Social Services Regulator and may be continued and concluded by the Social Services Regulator in accordance with Part 5A.
