66 List of staff

(1) Before the relevant date, the Principal Commissioner must prepare and submit to the Minister a document signed by the Principal Commissioner, listing the executive officers and employees of the Commission who perform functions to assist the Commission in relation to the Child Safe Standards and reportable conduct scheme and are employed under the Public Administration Act 2004 before the relevant date.

(2) The document may be amended by instrument signed by the Principal Commissioner and given to the Minister and the amendment is to be regarded as having effect, or having had effect, from the relevant date.

(3) Nothing in this section prevents a person listed in the document as an executive officer or employee of the Commission from resigning or being dismissed at any time before the relevant date in accordance with the terms and conditions of their employment.
