62 Enforceable undertakings
(1) This section applies if an enforceable undertaking accepted by the Commission under section 36C is in effect immediately before the commencement day.
(2) On and from the commencement day, Division 3 of Part 6 as in force immediately before that day applies to the enforceable undertaking as if a reference to a sector regulator were a reference to the Social Services Regulator.
