61 Official warnings

(1) This section applies if an official warning issued by the Commission under section 36A is in effect immediately before the commencement day.

(2) On and from the commencement day, Division 3 of Part 6 as in force immediately before that day applies to the official warning as if a reference to a sector regulator were a reference to the Social Services Regulator.
