57 Authorised officers
(1) On and from the commencement day, a person who is appointed as an authorised officer under section 27 by the Commission immediately before the commencement day is taken to be an authorised officer appointed under section 103 of the Social Services Regulation Act 2021 by the Social Services Regulator.
(2) Nothing in this section prevents a person from resigning as an authorised officer, or the person's appointment being varied, suspended or revoked, at any time after the commencement day in accordance with the Social Services Regulation Act 2021.
