55 Definitions
amending Act means the Social Services Regulation Amendment (Child Safety, Complaints and Worker Regulation) Act 2025;
commencement day means the day on which Part 3.1 of the amending Act comes into operation;
Principal Commissioner has the same meaning as in section 3 of the Commission for Children and Young People Act 2012;
relevant date, in relation to a document referred to in section 66(1), means the date fixed by the Minister under section 65 for the purposes of that document.
