25A Guidance notes on Child Safe Standards

(1) Before publishing guidance notes referred to in section 25(1)(b), the Social Services Regulator must consult with sector regulators and other integrated sector regulators regarding the contents of the guidance notes.

(2) Sector regulators and integrated sector regulators must have regard to any guidance notes published by the Social Services Regulator in carrying out functions and exercising powers relating to the Child Safe Standards.
