16S Social Services Regulator may interview employee subject of reportable allegation

(1) The Social Services Regulator may interview an employee of an entity who is the subject of a reportable allegation.

(2) An employee of an entity who is the subject of a reportable allegation may, but is not required to, answer any question of, or provide any information to, the Social Services Regulator.
