27Scale of expenses

#### 27 Scale of expenses For the purposes of subsection 120(2) of the Act, the prescribed scales of expenses to be allowed to a person (other than a person who is a payer, payee or a personal representative of a payer or payee) required to attend under section 120 of the Act are as follows: (a) the amount provided for in the High Court Rules (as in force at the commencement of this section) for expenses of witnesses; (b) if the person is required to be absent overnight from his or her usual place of residence—such amount as is reasonable for meals and accommodation.
